BL1412S is a angle process machine. It can be used for Angle Punching, Marking and Cutting. The angle size is from 40*40*4 to 140*140*12mm. The machine is mainly used for processing holes on angles.
 
The main advantage is that this cnc angle line machine can finish punching, marking and cutting functions automatically on one machine. If necessary the cutting unit will cut the angle to right length automatically.

The angle machine has two punching heads in each sides. The angle line has four group of characters. The cnc angle punch machine is single blade cutting.

There are three axes on the cnc angle punch machine.

The finished angle conveyor of the angle punching machine is rotated to one side by pneumatic power, the max. length of finished angle is 8 m. The max. diameter of punching hole is 25.5mm. The angle marking machine marking force is 540KN. The cutting force is 540 KN.
