This U-beam punching machine is specially used to punch holes for U beams used for longitudinal beam of Auto industry. The processing line consists of one punching unit for web side and two punching unit for flange side, so it could finish punching of 3 side of U beam at one time after the work piece move into the machine. This beam punching machine can process workpiece length is 4000-12000mm. The cnc beam punch machine can process workpiece width of inner web side is 200-350mm.

There are 21 punching dies for web punching unit and 6 punching dies for each flange punching unit, these different punches could meet the industry requirement and no need to change the punches frequently, save time and increase efficiency. This auto longitudinal beam punching machine can process flange height is 60-110mm. The beam punching line adopt Siemens CNC system and friendly interface, easy for monitor and operation.
