The horizontal band saw is mainly used to cut H-beams, chanels, pipes and other profiles etc. The beam size is Max.1000 mm×500 mm.

The machine is mainly composed of sawing frame, worktable, vertical feeding device, vertical pressing device, rotation worktable, carriage for feeding workpiece, hydraulic system, cooling system and electric system etc.

With the strong rigidity bridge totally-enclosed sawing device and the strong rigidity substructure, the machine can greatly absorbe the vibration while sawing in a high speed.
The machine can saw the workpiece conveniently and accurately with fore and after fine adjustment device and laser alignment, so the sawing process is consecutive.
The machine can locate the rotation angle postion automatically with high precision, efficiency and stability.
The feeding system is by clamp.
