This is a deep hole drilling machine. The main parts of this cnc drilling machine are all imported(such as the PLC, servo motor, servo driver, inverter, linear rolling guide set, precious ball screw set, precious epicyclic reducer, hydraulic pump, and hydraulic valve and so on).

Machine tool of the X, Y, Z three axiss adopt imported linear roller guide vice oriented, high bearing capacity and the dynamic response of the superior performance, no clearance and high precision movement. Three axis drives adopts preloading ball screw pair drive, driven by servo motor (the Z axis by high precision planetary reducer). X, Y, Z axis is equipped with a grating ruler, closed loop control, can greatly improve the location accuracy and reliability of the machine tool.

The deep boring and drilling machine can use both BTA drill and gun drill. If the precision cnc machine uses BTA drill, it can drill the max diameter 40mm. If cnc drilling machine use gun drill, it can drill max diameter is 24mm. This cnc plate drilling machine is with two drilling heads. The center distance of the spindle is 170-220mm. The diameter of front bearing is φ65mm. The rotation speed of spindle is 40-3000 r/min. The servo motor power of spindle is 2*15/22kw. The max moving speed is 4m/min. The servo motor power is 4.5kw.
