Optimized the machine bed structure, appropriately increased bed section size, make the rib plate distribution more reasonable, increase the rotation and machine rigidity. Gantry adopts multiple cavities inner rib plate structure, optimized the thickness the rib plate, and reduced the weight without changing gantry rigidity. Increased the fast response ability of the machine.

Optimized the X direction guide protection shield, widened support rollers of protection shield, increase the contact surface between rollers and guides, make the protection shield movement more stable and faster.

Adopt the ball screw of Dia.63mm,  screw lead 40mm for X and Y axes, transmission ratio i=.5, the moving speed of gantry and horizontal slip way is 16m/min. Z axis adopts ball screw of Dia.50mm, screw lead 20mm, transit by time belt, transmission ratio i-2, moving speed of ram (Z axis) is 10m/min.
