The vertical drilling machine stroke of spindles are self-controlled. There are 7 CNC axes. Each spindle can do movements by horizontal coordinates and realize auto drilling feeding, which ensures drilling simultaneously on three sides of H-beam. The holes in the hole group can be drilled with the moving of spindles while the workpiece stay immovable.

The cnc machining can process H-beam size from 150*75- 1250-600mm. The work piece length shoud be ≥3000mm if you use automatic feeding way. But if you use manual feeding way, the work piece length shoud be ≥690mm. The multi drilling machine can process max. workpiece weight is 10000kg. The multi head drilling machine max. drilling diameter will be 33.5 for vertical and 26.5 for left and right drilling.

The cnc machines has totally three spindles: one spindle on three sides(top side, left side and right side). The cnc H-beam drilling machine spindle driling speed is 560 r/m.
